Supporting Successful Communities

Project/Program Development
Educational programs are vital to our community and play important roles in improving conditions within our local economy. With my experience as an administrator and lead for several committees serving K-12 and higher education, social services, non-profits, political organizations, and local government, I have seen effective programs doing more each year with fewer resources as demand continues to grow. While staffing capacity and workload are often times spread thin, my services help organizations save
time and staffing costs to execute necessary projects that will help organizations continue to successfully serve the community.

Education Program and Policy Development
I have experience with over twenty-five new educational programs that I am very proud to have helped build and watch flourish over the years. I provide support for building successful foundations that help create organizational structure, policies, protocols, and procedures.

Professional Development/Training
My goal is to bring people together and build communities. I create motivational and inspirational learning experiences to help clients be proud of the work they do and the organizations they represent. My experience includes providing professional development/coaching and training to staff at campus-wide or community outreach events, forums, and national conferences.

Outreach and Networking
Programs often need various target clientele and stakeholders in order to be effective. With my ties to the different organizations in the Bay Area ranging from social services, non-profits, local government, K-12 systems, and institutions of higher education, I help connect organizations to create effective partnerships and successful campaigns. I also connect community organizations with key leaders in the different industries to help form partnerships and collaborations
