What We Do

Project/Program Development

Educational programs are vital to our community and play important roles with improving conditions in our local economy.  With my experience as an administrator and lead for several committees serving K-12/ higher education, social services, non-profits, political organizations and local government, I have seen effective programs doing more each year with less as the demands continue to grow. While staffing capacity plus workload is often times spread thin, my services help organizations save time and staffing costs to execute necessary projects to help organizations continue to successfully serve the community.

Experience With the Following Areas:

Access to Education
Career Support and Career Planning/ Mentoring
Civil Rights
Commercial Sexual Exploitation of Children
Domestic Violence/Teen Dating Violence Prevention

Education Program and Policy Development

I have experience with over twenty new educational programs where I am very proud to have helped build up and to see them successfully continued to grow over the years. I can provide support on building a successful foundation where I can help create written organizational structure, policies, protocols and procedures.

 Professional Development Support

I love finding ways to bring people together and connect on a common platform. I like creating motivational, inspirational learning experiences for people to be proud of the work they do and organization they represent. My experience includes managing campus-wide or community outreach events, forums, supporting national conferences and  organizing professional development trainings/retreats.

Outreach and Networking

Programs often need various target clientele and stakeholders to be effective. With my ties to the different organizations in the Bay Area ranging from social services, non-profits, local government, K-12 system and institutions of higher education, I can help connect your organization to the different organization that are needed to create effective partnerships and successful campaigns. I also connect community organizations with key leaders in the different industries to help create partnerships and collaborations.
